1) Engage in one of these types of workouts everyday to qualify yourself for daily 'Check In': At Least 5 minutes of Moderate Intensity Exercise (eg. Jogging); At Least 1 minute of High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT) (eg. Sprinting); At least 30 minutes of Light Intensity Training (eg. Walking, Bicycling, Foam Rolling, Gentle Yoga etc)
2) Report Casualty or 'KIA' immediately if you fail to comply with the above rule. All soldiers abide by a strong code of honor. Honesty and humility are important virtues that are necessary for this path of self-improvement.
3) Show respect to all soldiers, allies and opponents. Failing to follow through or engaging in immoral conduct will result in an immediate ban of your account.
