Don't give up, soldiers.
It is great you made it this far. 11 days. Look at that number. I'm not shaming you or dismissing your efforts. But just see how little it is. I know there are lots of advanced people in here who have started their streak since before the war, or those who had won previous wars. But I'm writing this post to mainly target the newcomers, or those who are still struggling really hard with the fap demon. Like @MasterPablo as has pointed out in a post recently, 81% of participants has already loss in 10 days. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ) ah no i mean this one: https://www.conqueredself.com/wars/no-pmo-war-xl/topics/after-10-days-81-guys-are-out 10 fucking days. See how easy it is to beat your competitors? You're doing great, but it will only get harder from here as more people are out, resulting in less competitors, and the gradual loss of the burning motivation from day 1. But i can assure you that after day 14, everything will also kind of get easier. You will feel less cravings for pmo. I have been there more than enough times to know how it feels (plus a youtuber also said that but i don't remember what video it is). So stay strong soldiers, if this is your first war, winning it will feel like you're on top of the world lol. Good luck.

Monk mode day 1/11
Today I've started a monk mode 11 days, day 1 done. I quit drinking coffee (I used to drink it every day 2-4 times). I went for a walk. It's pretty much full version of monk mode, I only allow myself to play some strategic games for about an hour a day, while listening to podcasts/audiobooks. I feel much better and I have more motivation to work.

Sorry everyone
Yesterday I kept getting hit with urge after urge. I fought all day and managed to get through the rest of that day without giving in. But they came back with a vengance this morning and I eventually gave in. But I am not gonna let it get me down, I will still post here every now and again, and plus for my first war, I think I did pretty well. Good luck with the rest of the war everyone.

How can a solution work on an imaginary problem?
"How can a solution work on an imaginary problem? The 'solution' is to recognize it's imaginery. The quickest way out is to realize you're not in." The author may have meant that it's not possible to find a solution when there's actually no problem, just the illusion of one. The most accurate course of action is to realize that solving this problem is unnecessary because it doesn't concern us. How could this relate to the subject of dealing with urges? It's when You understand, that urges are not Yours in nature, but instead are the doings of the mind, which tries to fool You into believing, that it's Your need to fulfill whatever the mind suggests You to do. Since You're not Your mind, then urges are also not part of You, and since they're not part of You, then there's no reason to get involved with them.
