However, and this is just my opinion, nocturnal emission is not. That's a sign of a body long abused through porn and masturbation.

In my opinion, nocturnal emission (sperm) is the same as bed-wetting (urine).
It shows the body doesn't have control over ejaculation.

Very young kids or old people are unable to control their bladder and pass urine before going to the bathroom.
Similarly, young adolescent boys, and men with penises abused through masturbation/porn are unable to control their ejaculation.

If you go to sleep after edging, then you're bound to have nocturnal emission. Avoid touching it to subside the boner. Instead pour cold water on it / all over yourself. Or wear loose clothing such as cotton pyjamas / loinclothes when sleeping, instead of tight underwear. Or better still - sleep in the nude if you can.

It's OK to have some precum on your penis but ejaculate/cum is a sign of a body that has faced lots of abuse.

People in this website suggest that nocturnal emission isn't a bad thing per se. It's a sign of a healthy body.
But I'd like to differ. Some people even point to medical opinion to corroborate their point.

However, the same doctors ALSO say that "Masturbation is good for you". So these doctors' opinions are unreliable.
Because, we all know that masturbation is wrong, and semen retention is best (unless you have sex).
