Nightfall, is it good thing or bad cuz I experienced it after so many days? Please help

Frequent Boners are a sign that the body is recovering. That's great!

However, and this is just my opinion, nocturnal emission is not. That's a sign of a body long abused through porn and masturbation.

In my opinion, nocturnal emission (sperm) is the same as bed-wetting (urine).
It shows the body doesn't have control over ejaculation.

Very young kids or old people are unable to control their bladder and pass urine before going to the bathroom.
Similarly, young adolescent boys, and men with penises abused through masturbation/porn are unable to control their ejaculation.

If you go to sleep after edging, then you're bound to have nocturnal emission. Avoid touching it to subside the boner. Instead pour cold water on it / all over yourself. i'd say wet dreams are on the same level as nightmares. it's just something your brain does, you don't really have control over it, so it's not something you can consider as good or bad unless it's excessive (whatever amount that it i suppose you'll have to determine yourself).
like the person above me said, there are ways to avoid wet dreams, and a big one is something you should be doing anyway, which is avoiding adult content and masturbation.

In my case, I'm in my longest streak ever without PMO (84) and my boners have actually decreased a lot… Not sure what is going on with my body. I just hit my 40s though so could also just be old age.

Hit the gym and maintain a regular exercise regime - boners will return. It will easily cut off 10-15 years from the metabolic age.

I've been hitting the gym and eating well since I'm 15. All my health markers are actually pretty good (low blood pressure, low triglyceride, low blood sugar). Not sure what is going on down there… Keep in mind that I've also been addicted to porn since I'm 15, so maybe my body is going through some kind of rebooting.

I don't know how long you've been away from porn - but it may take longer cooling periods for some people, depending on the type of porn you used to watch, and for how long.
