Welcome to the fitness section of Conquered Self. We want to hear about your training history, goals, average routine throughout the week, diet and nutrition strategies and anything regarding general health. There are some experienced trainees here who can help give insight into areas you need help with, so don’t feel shy.

No matter what kind of training you do, whether that be crossfit, weightlifting, bodybuilding, tricking, running—or even if you’re just beginning—we support an active lifestyle and regular training sessions. Post your session for the day or what you plan to do and get after it.
