Right now, get out a piece of paper, and make a list of everything you think you ought to be working on.

Maybe it’s make your bed. Do the dishes. Clean out your car.

If you were Superman who perfectly took care of his life, what do you need to do?

Now work on that until your mind shifts from obsessing about sex and into the flow of “I am on the path to becoming Superman.”

Make a routine of waking up early in the morning and doing some workout and connect to the nature it will help ur mind to calm and make urself busy and use those urges on the things u love the most like reading, cycling, swimming any thing u like the most…and at night stop using ur phone 1 hr before bed…
