Hey Guys - Short story: Im a male and on a phase of life that is pretty tough (mean very very tough)- though I have been on great streaks before, the current circumstances forced me back to PMO. I need to be back on track ASAP.
I wish to make the rest of year beautiful and want to track progress publicly this time.
Daily Rules are simple:
0. No staying alone
- B.Y. : kind of meditation : 6 to 33 mins
- Mindfulness meditation: 5-20 mins
- Religious activity:
- Neti: alternate day - nose cleanse
- Pranayam: everyday
- Gym: everyday (light gym)
- Eat vitamin
- Eat fruit (any fruit)
- Eat lesser
- Read a novel(any)
- Deep work
- Read 1 easy question related to my field
- Read 1 tough question related to of my field
- Gratitude (couple thoughts thanking for anything good that happened today)
- Sleep well (with sleep meditation - if facing a challenge)
the aim is to focus on new to forget the old - there might be any kind of days ahead too - but want to keep the ROY pure.
Will update progress between 9 to 11 PM IST everyday - some days I might be out - will still update when Im back.
