Server Connection

I’ve got multiple friends who are having a hell of a time getting onto the site. Constant errors plaguing the site and turning many people away.
I have seen this first hand in previous wars and hope it gets dealt with soon. This is a great site and an amazing idea. I would hate to see it die only because of faulty connections and what have you.
Any tips for my friends and will this ever be fixed??
