So what is peeking? Is that like edging

I’m pretty sure peeking is exactly what it sounds like, were you go to a porn website just to catch a “quick glimpse”, for maybe 10 seconds, just to say your stronger but then most people end up staying longer which leads to edging, which leads to fapping and now you have to restart again. Don’t do it.

It is the most under-estimated trap your brain sets, which most of us fall for.
Your strength lies at not peeking, your strength lies at controlling your urge to peek.
And not at peeking but still trying to be in control. You have already lost half the battle by peeking.
