Im curious. Do You guys also have this different "glow" and color to Your eyes after enough days of nofap? Like, my eyes are shining and my gaze is strong and piercing. If the eyes are a "window to the soul" then this practice purifies the soul and so the eyes too.

A pastor once said, "people live outside of God's will and then they wonder why they don't feel the presence of the Lord". I've managed to abstain from PMO for a bit now, I forget my exact date but I think I'm reaching 2+ weeks. The energy, strength, and self-confidence is great. Anyone else feel this way?

I can see it either way... I think personally I like to count days, but this time I didn't do that so I've lost track of what day I am on. I like it, it helps me measure my progress. What do you think?
