Low screen challenge
Due to fatigue, lost sleep and overall tension in body induced by sitting in front of screens for too long, I've began a low-screen challenge. The rules are: 1. No porn 2. No social media except finding information or connecting real people (actually use FB as a forum and SMS, no scrolling, shorts or ragebait memes). 3. Blocking the meme websites- they made my mind rubbish. 4. Using screens for work, informational use, learning and actually no "junk screentime" where you spin around different forums out of boredeom. 5. 90's kid challenge - try few old school hobbies, like drawing, musical instument (it's been a while, huh?), reading paperback books, nature walks. 6. There's some limited time you can play videogames or watch TV series, mine is 60 mins/day. It's not too scrict but it's realisti. 7. The challenge lasts 21 days, you can journal during it or set your own time limit.

Don’t wait for things to be perfect
I really wish I got my pmo addiction under control a long time ago. Still working at it. But something that has helped me a lot, in case anyone needs to hear it, is to stop living in an all or nothing mindset in regards to sobriety- things I’d say to myself like “If I have x days under my belt, I’ll be able to do this or feel good doing that.” Or “I relapsed this morning, so today is going to suck or I am not going to appear as someone people respect.” In my experience those stories we tell ourselves do not help, and it’s setting us up to have everything rely on something that can very quickly become an excuse or obsession.. try to just be involved in life and let sobriety help you be more present and more fulfilled, and more whole and better for yourself and others- but do those things anyway, no matter what, and you’ll become someone more apt to succeed in sobriety and other things. Allowing yourself to just be you and figure out who that is, is important.

217 days !!! but failed
HI in short - Did 217 days nofap/porn.Came into flatline since 160th day .... Had no will forced myself but I was having no interest in study or anything I also skipped gym . Broke iron 217 due to foggy and no will to do anything like my mind craved for this. But The problem - Since I had broken my streak I started having headaches, late night no sleep , still no will to study , I was demotivated .Also " Something forced my body and mind from inside like someone was forcing me .It was in night when I lay on bed (usually all day I lay but it happened at night when gonna sleep).Constant pain and no will to do anything forcing to do things ." And unfortunately at 14th day that was yesterday I broke my streak again. Now I have done new changes in my routine -never going to bed once I wake up .But I am crying from inside my 217 days of streak after 3 years of small streaks of 120 100, 70 and also 185 days streaks (the starting one).I can't go beyond it . I wanna be successful, study daily and make my parents happy .
