Slow is Ok-
Even if it seems progress is slow, it’s not stagnant - may one set their expectations to be patient and human, but strong still. I have messed up so many times waiting for the improvements and expecting to just “feel better” and seeking novelty that way, ironically, instead of just taking it one day at a time. Not sure your experience, I definitely feel better overall sober from PMO, but I’m much happier accepting I still have work to do on myself and I feel being clean helps me be at peace and do the work. It’s a quiet kind of Ok-ness, being free from PMO. I hope to be there again.

A new day, a new war, and a shared goal.
Stay strong and keep your eyes on your goal. There will be difficult days, but every step forward brings you closer. Trust yourself, stay consistent, and don’t give up. You will get there. Keep going—you’ve got this. 💪🏻

Let’s do this!
Hey everyone! I’ve been here a handful of times in the last few years, used to shrug off 50 days like it was nothing but recently I’ve been really struggling with my addiction. Hopefully this time I can leave it behind. I’m trying to work on the why of it all. Because I don’t want to spend my life missing the thing that’s making it worse. So there’s work to do making me remember that I want PMO out of my life when the urges get particularly bad. Stay strong everyone, today is just the beginning 💪

Hey so, if there is 1 dude can we just restart the war or is that not a thing? Though, I suppose not fair to the guy, but figured I would ask.

feeling sad after quitting porn
I feel quite sad after I quit porn. After few days, I'm suprisingy unenthusiastic and kinda bored. Easily get angry, upset or just feel loneley. I've been watching porn for years and last week I fapped 13 times in 72 hours. I heard it will take long time to recover

Jesus saved me from Lust, PMO
I’ve trying to No PMO for years and years I’m 31, and what has healed me and truly set me free is Jesus, I no longer want to or desire to watch and I don’t have any blockers on my phone, I don’t use discipline or willpower to not do those things. It’s useless, it’s all in the heart. Like many of us it’s not in our heart to kill someone or rob a bank, well the same with lust, if your heart is still corrupted and unclean then you’ll run back each time, that was me. Until I realized I’m a king for the most high God, a royal priesthood a Holy Nation, Jesus can set you free!
