Time for the weekend what has everyone got planned? I've got a week break so I'll be doing meal prep and getting the house cleaned up ready for my next 2 week swing, Some shopping and might see a myotherapist to look at my forearms to help them recover faster.

The main problem is to maintain the focus
The biggest problem is maintaining focus. I notice that I always wake up feeling listless in the morning, I don't feel like working out, I don't feel like studying, and then I manage to recover towards the evening. But every morning I lose the focus I regained the night before, and this leads to relapses and an unproductive morning. I think the goal is to refocus every morning before starting the day.

How are you all doing? I'm on night shift at the mine and it's kicking my arse, 5 nights to go until I finish this swing. The website keeps giving me trouble as well it's getting annoying.
