Started this journey 8 years ago and also if I relapsed a lot of times, it saves my life because I know the truth and how pmo harms my body. Years after years my awareness is bigger. Remember, it's not about a 30, 90 or 365 days streaks. It's about the mentality. It's a journey, a marathon, not a sprint. We are human, we aren't perfect and we can't be 100% perfect. But we can be 80% that it's a great result. So don't worry if you fall. Stand up and continue this journey. Never give up
