From my experience these are also very important to quit porn and mastrubation 1. Enthusiasm -if ur dull and not much interested in quiting porn then ur relapsing chances are 99.99% ...... Be joyful and energetic about quiting

Just have a wet dream
This night I had a wet dream (as espected when I abstain from PMO for more than a week). This is usually the moment when I give up and surrender. But this time it was different. I focused all the time in the days passed fighting well and I thought 'No. I can't give up for this stupid little thing' even thought its a bit démoralising. Never surrender!
