Hi bros, I've done first few days of SR, now is 5th day. What is the difference? First thing is being more "alive" during the day, you just want to do new things, strat up conversations with random people, not being sleepy. I'm 36 right now and I don't wanna sleep during the day (usually) but 10 years ago I was sleepy and groggy almost every day. Next one is morning wood. I was surprised that they occur so soon, normally it takes few weeks, according to other men's reports. Maybe it's a part of me being quite fit and rarely overusing alcohol. Finally, I've get impressed by one girl I've met few weeks ago. I thought I am dead inside, but I feel charmed like at high school many years ago. I hope I not gonna fall in love lol. How are you doing in the journey? 4 days passed and already 100 of 138 guys are gone. I'm surprised it goes so fast. I heard that if you don't jack off, you shine like a pearl to girls, cause 70% of men do it every day AND they also fantasize more on porn than normal, real girls. This is detrimental to their aura

One of the best tips is to stay a little time online per day, though if You need an extended time, then spend that time on a given activity and once that activity is done, then go offline. Create a variety of activities that You can do offline, this way You'll not feel like You're missing out on doing things. I wish You all the best 🙏🏻😌🕊️

It started in 3rd grade, it was 2005 and I was watching youtube. The equivalent of a "try not to laugh" video was on, they were different back then. This video featured some unmodestly dressed women and my interest was peaked. Back then on youtube you could get away with a lot, and I found a lot of pmo-esc material. Youtube has since taken down all those videos but it started an on-and-off habit for decades. My longest time w/o porn was 6 months, and I felt great. Looking to achieve that again

Hey guys. Just wanted to ask how long have You guys been battling this addiction, please share in the comments. I've been doing this for 8+ years and had like 10 streaks of 90+ days. Remember that if You have been addicted from a young age like me (12 years old I started pmo) so its 12 years of addiction for me - that it will take a long time for some people to finally get rid of it. This time will be different. I reccommend trying to stay sober on this journey because You have a stronger control of Your mind. Day 8 here! Stay strong spartans.
