Who is still here

Yo soldiers. Just wanted to check in with the people that are still standing strong. What day are You on and how long have You been on this journey? What benefits do You experience and how old are You? Do You stay sober while abstaining from pmo? Im on day 30 right now, my longest streak is around 111 days. Im certain that it will be my „forever streak” this time. Been doing this for 7+ years and im 26 yrs old right now. Benefits I always experience: I make more money, I am perfectly focused and disciplined, I am stronger mentally, I am way more lucky than usual, I have more lucrative ideas, I see the world differently (more analogies and clear thoughts come into my mind), I love myself more and enjoy my company so much. I enjoy the little things in life like a coffee with my parents, a talk with a friend. I am very calm and have little to no anxiety (its basically gone after 70+ days). Easy and strong eye contact with women, deeper voice and confidence when I speak. My vocabullary always magically expands on a long streak and I find words that I thought I dont know flowing easy in my conversation off the top of my head. Share Your experience boys.

I failed but still browsing this website. I've been PMOing since I was 8 years old. My longest streak is 6 months. My favorite day was when I hit 5 months, I was like "wow that was so easy. Can't wait to get to 6". It gets easier, it gets so much easier.

Can't remember where I heard this but "the good news is there is a cure for addiction. The bad news is it takes one day at a time". One of my favorite strats is just to remind myself, I don't have to prep for long term. Just make it today. Tomorrow's problems will handle themselves.

@IAM1776 Thanks for sharing. Addiction is hard because we sometimes say "no" 300 times but it takes just 1 "yes" to fall back. It does get easier when time passes though like You said! I respect all who keep trying.

I'm unfortunately KIA, but I am checking in here still, I am currently starting a new streak, tho I don't count my days personally, it's something I honestly recommend the rest of you do, when you don't focus on counting the days you're less likely to think about it and less likely to indulge.

I am 20, almost 21, and I have been doing this since 6th grade or so, but I am determined through the grace of God to get through, and get away from it forever.
