G'day Warriors,
I'll start by saying "THIS IS SOLELY MY OPINION ON PMO AND WHAT WORKED FOR ME EVERYONE SHOULD DO WHAT THEY BELIEVE IS BEST FOR THEMSELVES". and I'll repeat that a few times in this long arse post that just got outta control.
I'm not sure about everyone else but I stopped using this site mainly because I've been NO PMO for over 13-14 months, I never counted but it was sometime mid Feb in 2025.
This website was great and it's good to see it still get some use but I don't check in everyday or participate in wars anymore. I feel like it's left my system but the more I'm around people struggling with it the more it reminds me of what it was like.
You can talk and try to support people but at the same time, at least for me it hurt seeing others fall victim again and again. While every time they did there would be excuses that I'm sure we've all seen before such as "I fixed there relationship with porn and only do it once a week" or "I had a bad day and needed a release but it's all okay now".
THIS IS SOLELY MY OPINION ON PMO AND WHAT WORKED FOR ME EVERYONE SHOULD DO WHAT THEY BELIEVE IS BEST FOR THEMSELVES.
The worst was at the end of one of the wars where over 50% of the winners admitted that they broke the rules but didn't want to register as KIA. That broke me more than anything. To think that the brothers I was standing proudly next to had actually failed but still pretended to be victors.
I believe porn and masturbation is a disease pure and simple, and that there is nothing outside of yourselves that will ever make you strong enough to be rid of it, because one day you will find yourself alone with no help and only yourself to rely on, and if you aren't strong enough to stand alone you will fall alone.
THIS IS SOLELY MY OPINION ON PMO AND WHAT WORKED FOR ME EVERYONE SHOULD DO WHAT THEY BELIEVE IS BEST FOR THEMSELVES.
However I also like to believe that most of the people are no longer using this site because they have succeeded in breaking free from PMO and have continued their lives successfully without ever looking back. Don't look at the lack of activity as a bad thing, look at it as a sign that people have succeeded and that they don't use this site anymore because they don't need it and it being a risk to their sobriety.
THIS IS SOLELY MY OPINION ON PMO AND WHAT WORKED FOR ME EVERYONE SHOULD DO WHAT THEY BELIEVE IS BEST FOR THEMSELVES.
I wish you all the best and I love each and everyone of you who is in this fight to truly change themselves for the best and rid themselves of this disease. I believe that committing to NO PMO is a truly courageous undertaking I am incredibly proud of everyone who has join this pursuit of greatness.
Wishing you all strength,
The_Betrayed
