WORKOUT: so I’ve been working out lately while practicing Nofap/SR and I took a day off on Friday and on Sunday I’m going to take some time off & Stretch a little bit, I don’t feel soreness after a workout as well, I just feel a little pain while doing exercises but after that I’m good to go.
OMAD ( One meal a day ) : I’ve started eating once a day but I cheated on it once by eating in the night time but that was it, after that I’m abstaining from food during the night, so it’s been working great! Like I feel great doing it…. but Sunday is a cheat day so I won’t follow OMAD on Sunday.
This is just a minor update and like adaptions of some new habits and I’m also watching some series on Netflix ( Totally not binging ) and playing cod mobile in my free time, I’ll update all the other stuff on day 30 and yeah hope you’ve a good day/night.
