Gather 'round the fires and hear stories of Strength, Courage, Determination, and Perseverance! Share water with friends over tales of Wisdom, Spirit, Resilience, Patience. And – above all - true heroism.
I speak of none other than the brave Knights of Conquered Self and their Sixth War against the defiling Pactio Monstrum Offensio. In these Chronicles, you shall hear stories of untold beasts of corruption, stories of bravery beyond all expectation, stories of love lost and of hope regained. Stay with me as I share the deeds of those hallowed Knights who sacrificed much, but in doing so gained so much more.
I speak of Sir Mex Firebender (@Mexican_Firebender) and Sir Tangent the Massive (@MassiveTangent), whose tremendous feats of Strength struck fear to the ranks of the Pactio Monstrum Offensio. I'll tell you of Sir Kristopher the Bold (@BrotherKristopher) and Sir Airborne the One-Winged Angel (@Airborne101), whose unwavering Courage inspired the greenest, most fear-filled recruits to great acts of bravery. Of Sir Bones the Hard (@Badtotheboner) and Sir Blossom du Vanité (@PridefulBlossom), whose peerless Determination broke through the defenses of many a monstrous creature, clearing the way forward for all. And of Sir Clouds Foeslayer (@Among_The_Clouds) and Sir Jack of the Nine Blades (@Jackosa9821), whose iron-clad Perseverance showed in their legendary five-day battle with the fearsome Demoness Amygdalia the Frosted One. Of Sir Fabflop the Lucky (@fabflop) and Sir Magnet Grail-bearer (@ThatMagnetMan), whose infinite Wisdom guided many up the treacherous mountain slopes safely. Of Sir Beaufort Beaudelaire (@Beaufort) and Sir James the Fearless (@jamesenglish), whose indomitable Spirit helped many a young Knight stay the course. You will hear of Sir Cendric Trueblade (@SirCendric) and Sir Broke the Wolf (@GoForBrokeCarrot), whose steel-hard Resilience showed their brethren that setbacks are an important part of what makes a Knight. And, last but not least, you shall hear of Sir Wild the Painted (@Wild) and Sir Pedro o Leão (@PedroRTeles), whose limitless Patience helped them endure until their water was clear and the time to strike was ripe.
These heroes and many more braved the perils of Mount Fera to destroy the dreaded armies of Pactio Monstrum Offensio. I will share what I saw first-hand as I trudged through the muck and filth at the base of Mount Fera, scaled the treacherous Walls of Despair, and faced countless hells alongside these Heroes of the Sixth War. In the end, you will share in the glory and triumph as we survivors plunged our blades into the hearts of our shades awaiting us at the summit of Mount Fera, restoring balance once again to the land.

"Chronicles of the Sixth PMO War" will be a series of short stories or chapters that tell the epic of the Sixth PMO War, which took place between the Knights of Conquered Self and the Hordes of the Pactio Monstrum Offensio (PMO).
As much as possible, I will include real events and experiences that are shared by our brothers and sisters in the trenches of the Conquered Self forums, and in the Telegram chat. I will modify the stories for dramatic effect and to fit the story. The point here is to have fun and make something motivational and enjoyable for us all, not feel bad about who was or wasn't included. I'll miss some big events and won't be able to chronicle everything, but send me a PM in Telegram (@RakuTheDestroyer) if there is an event (inspirational, humorous, or otherwise) that you think warrants inclusion in the story.
It is impossible to include everyone in the story. For that reason, I've selected some soldiers from each Barracks that I've seen on Conquered Self these first few days, with a general preference for those who have, thus far, been particularly engaged and helpful for us and also a few soldiers who have been KIA in past Wars. I've also included survivors of previous wars (those with one or more stars by their names), since their past actions show leadership and are inspirations for the rest of us. The stories will follow these characters, but hopefully work in various other soldiers as well.
If I have missed any major players, sorry about that. Also, if you really want to be in the story (don't we all!), please private message me on Telegram (@RakuTheDestroyer) and I will try to work you in somehow (no promises). Also, if there are any female soldiers, it would be great to include you!
I'll try to post something every 5 days or so. It may be a bit longer between chapters, since I have work and a wife.
