The Bible says though a righteous man falls 7 times he gets up 8. It's not over, it's just part of the process. The amount of people I've met that have never made a mistake before is 0 including myself

I missed the bloody check in, it's hay season in Australia and we are working 18 hours with 3 hours sleep. It never even crossed my mind to check in.
I'll have to get the auto check in next war.
I'm still going strong haven't had a wank since Feb this year.

I failed to quit probably 30+ times over the last 5 years. Sometimes not even getting to the end of the day. But every failure is worth it if you can learn something to improve your chances for the next and hopefully final attempt. There is likely a profound lesson to be learnt but I'm too tired to put it into words properly. Just keep fighting brother even when everything fails and it seems like the world wants you dead. Just stand your ground.

I’ve been fighting this addiction for over 20 years now, and it is a lifelong battle in my opinion! I believe that there is no quick fix or quick recovery because it is a spiritual battle at the core. What’s most important in my opinion is to have the strong resolve to overcome and to never give up. With each relapse one needs to learn and to keep going…
In my own case, it has taken some time, but I am definitely getting much stronger little by little 🙏
