I have been very energetic for the past 10 days and was motivated very much to study meditate and everything. It been two days i dint went to gym. I am having lots of sleep and tired very much . Does this mean anything. Is this normal? Urges keep coming but staying strong

Energy levels can flactuate and it's not something weird.

It's better when energy levels are stable, but when they're not, then it's a matter of time when they'll stabilize.

Yes I can relate. I made the decision to cut out caffeine as well, so I'm putting my lower energy levels partly down to that. Feeling better today though, more energy, better focus. Best just to ride through it, I'm sure your energy will level out soon enough.

I have found that in the past, when I have truly resigned myself to giving up this addiction I have gone through kind of a sadness, a grieving process. Grieving for the loss of my old friend pmo.
This pretty much happened to me every time I got serious about committing to quitting. But at least I understand what those feelings are now. Best to exercise to give yourself energy and keep busy doing worthwhile and positive things, service for others is awesome because we tend to get so caught up thinking about ourselves and our own needs all the time and we lose touch with the needs of others, which helps us forget ourselves.
