Day 23 : it’s the third day of workout and first day of my OMAD ( one meal a day ) okay so here’s the thing, before when I was binging on porn/fapping or whatever I used to do 23 days ago I never had the motivation to do such things as workouts or OMAD, I wasn’t taking care of my hygiene and literally I wasn’t taking care of any of aspects of my life, but now I do because Nofap/SR made me realise that self destruction never leads to success…. Self development does…! If you’re doing Semen retention or Nofap then all the good things fall right into place, but you’ve to put the work in…!
