Life is struggle.

Without struggle, life is left feeling empty and meaningless. Without difficult goals that stretch us and force us to grow, all we are left with is a hole inside that we must cover up with PMO or any other form of escapism that works as a "quick fix" for the real problem in our life – lack of meaning through struggle and growth.

It is in our struggles – and in particular, reaching deep within ourselves to find the strength to overcome them – that we answer life's greatest question of us: How will we respond to adversity? Will we run and hide and regress back to our animal natures? Or will we hold on to our ideals, through all the life's trials and tribulations?

Your struggle isn't your enemy; it is an opportunity given to you by life to live as you were meant to live – facing challenges, overcoming them, and growing.
