Today I’m 30 days free of PMO! and my marriage is healing. I have replaced PMO with working on my health: going to the gym and nutrition management (tracking my food to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight, and eating a lot of protein to build muscle). This has been so fruitful for me during the past month. The mindset shift I’ve had is insane. For once, in my entire life, I feel focused and determined to complete a goal: lose 30 pounds and build muscle. I no longer can settle for less in my life. I am on a mission! I Am More!

The one resource that helped me change my mindset is a podcast called “Let’s Get SupaFit” by Coach SupaCoopa. Highly recommend you check it out!! On Spotify and probably other platforms too.
