Every time is easier

Started this journey 8 years ago and also if I relapsed a lot of times, it saves my life because I know the truth and how pmo harms my body.
Years after years my awareness is bigger.
Remember, it's not about a 30, 90 or 365 days streaks. It's about the mentality. It's a journey, a marathon, not a sprint.
We are human, we aren't perfect and we can't be 100% perfect. But we can be 80% that it's a great result.
So don't worry if you fall. Stand up and continue this journey.

This is so well said- I wasted so much time harshly judging myself with an all or nothing mentality- truth is, no pmo is better than being addicted. Truth also is, once a week of a backslide, when you used to use every day, is huge progress (I’d like to be there again) and will likely reflect as much in one’s life— not an excuse or justification but we should meet ourselves where we are at and keep going and not miss the life around us.
