So today is around the 1 week mark which isn't new for me, but I have gotten better at avoiding peaks on insta or something. It's somewhat easy now to do the nofap. I thought it was always so hard, that was cuz I was blasting myself with thousands of videos of hot woman. Ofcourse it is hard then.
So without insta, tiktok, snapchat and (random) yt shorts life is a lot easier. I'm keeping my guard up and I know i'm not invinceble to (soft) porn. I know 1 peak is all it takes to have a setback.
I say setback cuz it delays your way to freedom (doesn't reset it). See it as one day of not going to the gym. It's not that bad and your goals for summer aren't ruined by 1 day not even 10, but if you don't go to the gym and eat all the cookies and drink all the soda and eat all the icecream. You will ruin it.
See a relapse not as failure or as starting from square one. You will keep all the good habits. If you started binge watching porn because you relapsed than you are in the wrong (not hitting gym + all junkfood). You will feel bad about what you did an what will you do? FAP! So see it as an oopsie and work on why you did relapse, that way it will not happen again for that reason.
