feeling sad after quitting porn

I feel quite sad after I quit porn. After few days, I'm suprisingy unenthusiastic and kinda bored. Easily get angry, upset or just feel loneley. I've been watching porn for years and last week I fapped 13 times in 72 hours. I heard it will take long time to recover

Feel Your life with as many wholesome activities as You possibly can.

This way the uneasy period should be gone the quickest 👍🏻

As @Chrisklb said, do productive activities that make you progress, e.g) learn to play a sport, musical instrument, anything you have always wanted to do, the more progress you make the more confident and ambitious you become, then you realise PMO was only ruining your potential.
Instead of thinking about how long it will take you to recover, think about what you will do instead whilst you recover :)

@MasterPablo It’s hard to not set any expectations. As it takes different amounts time for each person to recover. I’m not saying you do this, but I made it so much at one point in my life about “sober from porn equals good, not sober equals doing bad” and would just base how I think I’m supposed to feel whether I relapsed or not. Lately even with a few days clean I’d be grumpy etc. the reality is it just might take time, and even harder, I realized, after so many years it yes, great I’ve removed a poison, but now I still have to do the work to rebuild positive self dialogue and coping strategies as if I just expected to know how to handle things when sober. It helps, sure, but the growth still needs to happen. Not sure if you’ve had this experience or not. But, don’t fall into the trap of the mind saying “see, this isn’t helping, relapsing will help me feel good” give it time, hang in there, and things may get better. Maybe now you’ve some days clean, you are able to feel- and you can finally start to heal from things that porn masked or numbed. Some great advice above, but wanted to share if it helps.

@Spartacus plus the expectations put additional pressure and stres on a person, so that's definitely counterproductive.
Better to simply accept how the feelings are in the given day and work with what You can :)
