I got to know yesterday that urges to get feel good hormones appear, when the energy in the body is on the low.

Knowing this allows us to be prepared, cause we can expect when the urges may happen.

This calls for changing behavioural patterns to train healthy ways of re-energizing the body :)

Tomorrow I'm going on a kayaking trip with my bestfriend.
Time spend with her will be good for me and will help me to not relapse on this upcoming weekend days.

It's been a long time since I was able to not relapse on the weekend, so I'm looking forward to not following the pattern of weekend relapsing ^^
