Greetings gentlemen, after a 25 day streak, I had an unfortunate relapse while in the shower. I am most certainly not complaining, but I would recon that the underlying cause was no physical activity for today + long concentrated hours of building and error fixing my software I am currently coding. After 6 years of late night sleep, I finally found a motivation to go to bed early and start the day before 10 A.M. I feel very productive and enegretic today.

Hi bros, I've done first few days of SR, now is 5th day. What is the difference? First thing is being more "alive" during the day, you just want to do new things, strat up conversations with random people, not being sleepy.
