During the process of breaking out of porn addiction, you should plan to go into monk mode for some time atleast (say 4 weeks minimum). In that state, you should only listen to music that helps you be disciplined.
Being amongst nature, and listening to its sounds (not recordings) is the best music for strengthening your discipline. You can never get tired of this. All other music has a saturation point.

Relaxing music such as New Age is also good, until the saturation point.

For gym - you should already have a bunch of inspirational tracks that pump your adrenaline (Example: Gonna Fly Now, Eye of the Tiger etc.). No need to worry about saturation point - you'd hit the gym for the maximum of an hour.

At any other time, if you need music for recreation you should choose based on your tastes. I can't suggest.
But remember that all music (except nature) stimulates your mind and will also spike your dopamine. If you don't know how to regulate it, then you're bound to be triggered and then relapse.
Sexual lyrics can also trigger you.
