I joined phalanx like You guys said. Im certain I will survive this one too but never say its easy! With the situation going on in this world right now (poverty, talks of war etc.) I can no longer let myself be weak so I wont fail no more. My family and myself need me at my strongest right now. This practice allows me to be a dominant, intelligent and masculine man - pure in mind and body. Lets win another one guys.

Meditation , praying helps a lot. Rest when tired , not when exhausted , depleted. Recharge at 20 % , not at 1 %.
