Hey everyone! I’ve been here a handful of times in the last few years, used to shrug off 50 days like it was nothing but recently I’ve been really struggling with my addiction. Hopefully this time I can leave it behind.

I’m trying to work on the why of it all. Because I don’t want to spend my life missing the thing that’s making it worse. So there’s work to do making me remember that I want PMO out of my life when the urges get particularly bad.

Stay strong everyone, today is just the beginning 💪

@tlztp I can definitely relate! I’ve been involved in many of the wars in the past and recently I feel like the Temptations and the attacks from the “enemy“ are getting harder! I think that as we make progress, the dark side makes a stronger attack on our resolve, etc. Let’s fight this together and become the men we are meant to be 💪

@thor I think too the longer the streak the more you have to deal with whatever PMO was a coping mechanism for. You know the classics like anxiety, insecurities and so on.
