I personaly use Boxzen - I put my smartphone into a shoebox in the kitchen for most of the day xD

Doesn't this reduce us to animal without any self control. I understand porn addiction, but doom scrolling is a easy choice to not indulge. If I prevent myself from everything and that is the only reason I don't do something then the moment I can, I will relaps,use, indulge.
