In the last war i was KIA because a week after me and my girlfriend did the deed i kept getting urges, any advice how to conquer this or any advise because if i sleep right i can keep myself off

The first week is always the hardest in my opinion. All the initial urges are the strongest. To me it’s a mix between discipline and finding ways to keep yourself distracted enough to not even think about it
