No PMO War XLV

Try to figure out how you can frame it differently. You’re not giving something up, you’re free from being dependent. PMO has zero benefits, so once you figure that out for yourself, that’s most of the battle done. Then if you’re feeling an urge, it’s not a craving for PMO, you’re just naturally, yanno, aroused. Which is okay! There’s plenty of times where you’re say, in public and resist that feeling, you know yourself that it’s not impossible. You got this!!

I slowly begin to feel the urges :)

just take 11 long breath in and breath out, you'll see the change that urges are gone. Try it you'll feel the difference.
