Day 14 Reclaiming My Mind
I’ve once again discovered how the NoPMO challenge motivates me to start other habits that help me grow and think differently. Over the past year, I struggled with pressure at work and panic at home. I couldn’t handle it and escaped into toxic habits, thinking I was rewarding myself for getting through it — when in reality, I was just avoiding the real problems. I used to be ahead with building good habits, the kind that could actually heal me. The problem with bad habits is that they steal your focus. You stop living and start surviving. You’re constantly fighting or running from things in your daily life. I had to understand that in order to live the life I truly want, I need a different hierarchy — one based on long-term thinking, not just reactions. I don’t want to just react anymore. I want to handle things in the long run — to create space between me and my thoughts, to solve problems objectively, and to let go of what’s not worth holding onto. Yesterday, I started meditating again and realized how much I need to calm down. I’m slowly moving away from that endless loop of negative thoughts and emotions. Just being, thinking, and doing — that’s what matters. It’s strange, but with PMO you fall into a mindset where anything feels “good” as long as it gives you more dopamine. You keep chasing that first high. It’s a mindset of constant action with almost no reflection — a powerless loop. You think you’re in control for a moment, but right after that moment, the habit controls you. Meditation helps me get back to the mindset of thinking before acting. It teaches me to let small things go and focus on the present moment and what truly matters in life. I also noticed an extra pump during my last gym sets — training feels great right now. As for the flatline, the pressure feels a bit lower at the moment. I think it’s about respecting your inner rhythm more. We often try to force ourselves to feel a certain way by chasing external things, just to realize that real control doesn’t come from outside. It’s about giving things time. And honestly, I get it now — having energy is like having money. Being rich isn’t about what you spend; it’s about what you keep.

Day 31 - Progress Bullet Points
I'm not in sync with the conquered self, counter, today is my 30th day. I'm getting healthy dreams of going on dates with girls before having sex with them. I started taking online courses to help find a job. It has helped me set priorities straight. (Not just going to the gym everyday) I wake up really early (5 am) and go to sleep at (9 pm) [ My insomnia is getting better] My music taste has expanded; I've found new styles of music that I like. Overall, more open minded. I noticed my body giving off pheromones. I've become more patient, instead of rushing things, we all have time on this Earth and nothing should be rushed and ignored.

I have fallen.
Unfortunately after a spontanous party yesterday (I dont party often) and doing some drugs I have then after the night relapsed unable to control my lust 2 times. I have noticed that the relapses after 70+ day streaks end mostly because of either being too drunk or doing things like mdma. I take it as a lesson and let this be a lesson for You too: I believe You need to be mostly sober or totally sober on this journey to succeed. It was almost easy to go 70 days without pmo this time because I wasnt drinking etc. at all. I think the "demon" (or whatever You wanna call it) of lust gets waken up after partaking in drinking and doing drugs. I don't feel defeated, Im gonna see this war through without relapsing again and Im gonna be stronger for the next war! My apologies phalanx warriors.

The most important thing is not to engage
To be honest, nofap is easy if you just don't peek and quit thinking that you "must" jack off. If you get triggered -which is easy these times due to constant smartphone usage- you gonna quickly lose your motivation. I get my 1st week done with no urges, it isn't that hard tbh but I stick to that advice and use blockers. The blockers can be misiused, cause if I want I can easily make them off, but their role is to limit the amount of accidentally showing erotic material like ads popping out etc

What do you do when feeling unwell?
I've come down with a bad cold. Headache, nose running, eyes sore and watering. Obviously not the end of the world but one thing I know about myself is that I instinctively use PMO to boost my dopamine levels when feeling tired and run down or when trying to alleviate negative emotions. Usually I would go for a walk or maybe do some exercise when the urges hit but when feeling unwell I feel like I don’t have the energy or motivation for any of my regular positive coping mechanisms. It feels like it would be so easy to slip into those well worn patterns of behaviour today but I’m determined to defeat it this time once and for all. What would you do at times like this?

Getting lack in discipline under pressure
Hey guys, i guess we all know when the pressure is up we tend to lack in discipline. In the past i often break my gym grind, move to pmo or do drugs when I was under pressure. Pressure at work, pressure with decisions, pressure with people, etc. A good friend of mine once said to me you dont have to lack in traning if you are under pressure in work. You try to avoid a cage. A cage of things you have to do. You think because you have to do things you are not free. But this is wrong. You have to do this things because you are not free. Feeling comfortable is not freedome. Doing what you have to for your goals is what gives your life freedome. A person with financial freedome is dedicated to work on his finance. A person with freedome of drugs is dedicated to work out. A person with freedome of pmo is dedicated to avoid this shit. No fucking excuses mates. Hold the pressure high. This is the time where the most growth and the most freedome ist happening.

Who will win inside of you?
Ichigo. What’s the difference between a king and his horse? If their form, ability, and power are exactly the same, why is it that one becomes the king and leads them into battle, while the other becomes the horse and carries the king? So what’s the characteristic that distinguishes these two beings? There’s only one answer! INSTINCT! In fact, it forms the very essence of our being--Deep, within our body lies the honed instinct to dominate, and slaughter our enemies! My friend ‘ you don’t have that! You’re weak…Ichigo! I don’t know about Zangetsu. But I refuse to play horse to a king who’s weaker than me, If you aren’t willing to assert your strength and retain the crown, then I’ll destroy you……Which means……I’ll be king.
