Best thing to do is make yourself busy, leave the house for the day even if it's to go walk around in town or get a take away coffee and have a sit somewhere. Wasting time is better than relapsing.
I usually jacked off at weekends, no matter if I work or go outside, meet people or slack around at home. Just I feel porn 10x more attractive at weekends, due to chaos of emotions - you want to party and socialize and sleep or watch TV same time
What about going camping for the weekend? Get away from the PC. don't come home until you need to go to work or school.
