So hello guys i am on 73-74 days on NOFAP I really don't count it anymore because i am not thinking about it .I had anxiety shame I couldn't talk to girls because of porn, now I am feeling different I have zero anxiety zero shame I am working everyday for about 9 hours and the best of all I have a date. The message for all is don't stop believing all the suffering all the pain its going to be worth it focus on your goals guys and smash it without audience.
