I am still here mate. I've been cutting wood on the farm and haven't had a chance to get on as much. Work is making the cravings easier to ignore.

It's fascinating that even after so long the temptation is still always present. I wonder if it is like grief. As in it doesn't go away you just learn to live with it.

Interesting, so the thought never crosses your mind at all? I'm don't get massive urges, but the idea just seems to always be in the back of my mind.

Like the idea of roasting some pork belly just so I can eat some crackle is in the back of my mind.
It's only been a few months since I quit Maybe I just haven't reached the point where it's completely out of my system and my dopamine receptors in my brain have returned to normal levels.

I should roast some pork belly this weekend 😋
