Want to create this thread for brothers to post some strategies for blocking sites that have worked for them. Relying less on willpower and eliminating the option altogether works better for some people, including myself. For example, a close friend of mine has the password to my screen time app in iPhone, which is set to block all p0rn sites and other triggers, so that takes willpower right out of the equation. If I ever needed to turn it off, he has the code Would love to hear similar solutions to laptops and non-Apple tablets as ideally all my devices could be locked down by an outside person.

Hello guys, how are you doing? I decided to quit porn, the worst problem was too much time spent on it and losing self-image. It was kinda 2 people in one body, one wants to achieve, live life to the fullest, learn new things and the second one wants to fulfil dark fantasies and animalistic desires. It's hard to trust someone with 2 faces that change at random days.

Let’s all finally say goodbye to fapping boys, it’s been with us far too long, it’s time to let it go and see what life really is. We are now at day 1 of the seven week challenge for NO PMO. I have been doing this challenge for several years now and unfortunately, every time we lose at least half of the soldiers during the first week. This is indeed a very difficult challenge, perhaps the most difficult one one meets in life! I would also say that it is the most important challenge in one’s life as this addiction does so much damage to all areas of one’s life! I decided this war that I would try to check in every day and share how the day is going briefly with any challenge or high point. I would like to encourage anyone else to join me in sharing any difficulty, etc., which you encounter during the day. This kind of accountability can be very helpful because it demonstrates that we are all in this together with very similar challenges. I recently came across a quote which says it all for me: “The Road to Hell Feels like Heaven and the Road to Heaven Feels like Hell” Good luck, brothers 💪🙏

Think about this everytime You feel like giving up. Always try to use Your rational mind before You are carried by an urge. Is this the man I want to be? Am I gonna be happy tommorow that I did this? Is this fleeting moment of pleasure worth all these days I spent abstaining? Remember also that sometimes all You have to do is trick Your mind and literally „run” from lust - go for a walk, do a workout or play a game, anything that shifts Your attention from being horny.
