What up warriors, during this war we have fought with honor, patience and persistence. It is a rough time we got to go trough and I think it's also time to pray for the victims, that maybe can't do noPMO anymore. But seriously, Im greathful to god for every day. The last three days were really hard and the urges plus flatline hited me enourmos. But I realized that coffee is a good substance that isn't that unhealthy and can help me especially during flatlines were I feel nothing. I get power and strength for it, even urges couldn't hit me, like without it. So whenever I feel flatlines and have no urges I think it suports me to carry me on for many hours.
You shouldn't drink to much coffee and it's importantly to drink it not to late. Like your mum would say that, but really, If you drink it very late, you can't sleep that what you need to recover and an waste of time to get over the addiction.
1 coffee or also 2 (if needed) are enough.
I ain't no expert in this now, but what I've heard and thought about it was that coffee is also not that good for working out. The cholesterol level will sink, what is important for the sleep etc.
Plus if you allready feel the power of nofap, than you drink coffee you get that caffeine level to high and you might think your clear of the addiction and having that thought could be a way of relapse.I think it's only useful for me during flatlines, where I feel nothing.
To get rid of one addiction is cool and the thing is you really don't get addicted to cofeein that much, but it's important to let it out after the freedom of nofap.
If anyone knows some struggles of caffeine during nofap, than please let's discuss or you can explain me something new, just spend time with me and friends don't practice the bad habbit.
