Very true… I just re deleted Reddit today- I don’t have traditional social media, but I’ve enjoyed Reddit for the fun, positive or interesting things but there’s way too much negativity and bad news clickbait circulating on my profile and I realized it was pulling me in and making me feel like crap, not to mention pmo temptation- feels good to have more control over content. Taking back autonomy.

Reddit is actually full of shit, biased stories and endless negative rants, so you didn't lose anything. Quitting social medias and meme sites is actually very high ROI change, cause you lose almost nothing and gain lots of time, better sleep, less drama in life and general dignity as a man who improves his life instead of seeking stupid videos
