Did you take part in NNN?

I had a dream today that I talked to some guys at the sports center that the thing motivated me to do more in my life was no nut november, because people in that month go hard to improve their life by any means necessary.
For me it's not only month without jacking off, but the month without excuses, laziness or time-wasting activities.
I joined the gym in 2025 in NNN to get rid of urges. I've lost NNN, but I still go to the gym without breaks. I thought I gonna lose motivation after 2 or 3 months, even if it's quite expensive.

So whst do You think is, that kept You away from losing motivation to go to the gym?

I did attempt NNN last year, but I don't remember how it went 🙆🏻

I got motivation in the hype of NNN and then I just kept it. My motivation is low- I don't train like US Marines or some fitness freaks, but just keep going and improving.
