The Importance of Not Giving Up

Hey guys.

Just wanted to ask how long have You guys been battling this addiction, please share in the comments. I've been doing this for 8+ years and had like 10 streaks of 90+ days. Remember that if You have been addicted from a young age like me (12 years old I started pmo) so its 12 years of addiction for me - that it will take a long time for some people to finally get rid of it. This time will be different. I reccommend trying to stay sober on this journey because You have a stronger control of Your mind. Day 8 here! Stay strong spartans.

Since I'm 39, then the time would be something between 20 and 30 😞

not so long actually. About 2 years. I noticed that i was too much addicted to this things. Everything in life was great except knowing im such a pervert. It is kinda personal. And also my goals need more discipline, so I decided to take this battle with my addiction more seriously in last 6 months

@still_standing I wouldn’t look at yourself as being a “pervert“! We all have innate sexual drives, which can easily be hijacked by the incredibly powerful stimulus of Internet pornography. The key is to recognize this and to eliminate this from your life as quickly as possible! But also to not condemn yourself when you fail and realize that it can take a long time in order to become completely free 🙏
