It's a myth. Just like the one saying you will find your sexuality in porn, no you won't. You find your sexuality by having sex with people, no other way.

It's correlation. Not causation. Some studies have found excessive pr0n consumption and fapping is corollated with an increase in incidence of prostate / testicular cancer and a corollary in a decrease in gray matter in the brain.
