I stuck to my daily routine: getting enough sleep, eating regularly, working, exercising, meditating. When I had flatline I was taking supplements to wake me up: caffeine, tyrosine, carnitine. When I was stressed I exercised more strength, took B vitamins and adaptogens (ashwagandha, rhodiola). I socialized, played with my nephews, friends' children, was on the move most of the time, avoided sitting alone in front of the computer (trigger).
I was peeking sometimes, but I quickly backed away from it, keeping the semen.
I take cold showers every day, even 3 times a day.
If you are having a crisis: plan something big in your life, think about why you should move away from PMO, how much time you save and how much energy you can contribute to worthwhile activities. It helps.
NO PMO taught me discipline, working on myself in many ways. It wasn't easy for me to take long breaks, I've been trying to stay in nofap for 3 years now.
My biggest problem at the moment is low potency, poor erection, lack of volatility and a drop in mood from time to time, but I try not to worry about it and stick to my routine.
It takes time for the brain to wean itself off PMO. It's best to get him used to something else: walking, running, playing logic games, reading books, doing extra work, cleaning etc.
Routine work + time = long period of abstinence 🙂

It is true! I was thinking too hard about getting to day 30, I shouldn't have thought so much about it. In the last few days, I didn't even think about how long I hadn't had an orgasm as long as I was focusing on my daily activities.
I practice meditation and it helps me. I do it whenever I can, but unfortunately I missed many days. I exercise almost every day, do breathing exercises and take a cold shower. Without it, I would have relapsed more often.
Fortunately, I'm not as horny as I used to be 🙂
