What I have personally learned from my journey with NoFap so far.

1.) The first and maybe most important thing is to quit social media.
Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, Facebook, Youtube can show you triggering materials, even if you didn't follow sexual related stuff.
For example you follow an instagram page about YOGA but then you see that this woman, who is posting a Yoga picture is naked on the other day, this happened to me. And this triggered me soo much that I almost loose my head.
On Twitter it is as sexual as Instagram. Someone can always post dirty stuff. And on Reddit you can cheat by typing all fetishes and it is marked as NSFW. I am not using facebook but I know that there are timeline videos who can show sexual related things as well. When it comes to Youtube, I have to say that I have unsubscribed all ASMRtist. You suffer by watching their videos you are listening to their voices and you imagine that their is a girl who is lying next to you. Be aware of those long lolilpop videos, dont watch them otherwise you will think about oral sex and this is what makes it triggering. Some of them are on Onlyfans and you who pay for them, begin to act like a simp. Sorry but it is true. I mean Youtube is only okay if you don't follow woman. Even if there are recommandations dont watch them. For me there is only 1 japanese girl I watch but this is an exception, I made. She doesn't turn me on, eventhough she looks cute, but I am more interested in her cooking skills. Her channel name is called Nanako Short Movie. And there is no day that I get a boner by watching her videos. I see her more like a sister.
2.) The second thing is: Forget about Relationships or Sex. You may hate me if I hate this and I get shittons of hate messages on the last 2 wars.
But I want to be honest to you. At some point I can't stand woman anymore. It is not like I truly hate them personally, I hate their wrong behaviours. Things like cheating or sleeping around 10 men in life is something what I dont like to know. And I see that alot in german society are acting like this. Hypergamy is a thing here, of course men are no different, but since I am a men, and heterosexuell I built my opinion about it. I am extremely disgusted by german woman who are leaving their so called beloved men when they get an serious illness, or are now handicaped I have heard so many times that they want to party and have fun. And when a men have his hard times he is simply not loved anymore. Also what I see is that german woman are judging men on a superficial level when it comes to choosing a men. A shorter men will probably stay always as a looser. I am short, I am not good looking, I have several chronic illnesses BUT I DONT CARE ABOUT RELATIONSHIP anymore. And this is my message to you: Forget about girls, forget about sex, forget about having sex with prostitutes or escort or dont force you to go on a date. You dont need no one if you are feeling truly fullfilled. This is what alot of NoPMO guys dont understand yet. You cant make anyone happy if you are not yourself truly happy. It is not rught to love someone out of frustration or out of loneliness. Love is a coincidence so please dont go on partys or on dating websites to haunt after woman. this would be your mental break down, I promise you. I can tell that from my own experience and from my sorroundings of old colleagues and school friends who can tell alot about it.

DEUTSCHLAND! Coolest country I've yet to visit. But from my communication with the lovely ladies of Germany, I think what's up is that female nature is better outlined and expressed in places like this where the standart of living is higher and divorce, cheating and sleeping around aren't seen as taboo as it is in poorer countries, where the game of changing partners is riskier both financially and physically. As in ages past (not exact figures lol) around 80+% of women procreate while that figure is around 45% for men.
