Its my 4th day I donโt feel any difficulty or have urges . I had a streak for 11 days a month ago
Currently my day begins by waking up at 5 am study for one hour going to gym by 6:30
. Take a bath after coming back . Yoga for 10 mins and breakfast. Starts study at 9 and till 12 . Having completed the session ,
after lunch goes to college till 5 come back and take a nap . Starts studying and have dinner and goes to bed by 11- 12.
I am currently not in my home . I am in flat.
I want this to continue when i go to my home .
I dont want to quit this time
Please provide guidance
