Triggers like staying alone and some random thoughts, maybe lacking something like emotional relationship, don't know. But, I'm happy I'm trying, also sad that I relapse mainly on 3rd or 4th day,maybe not logging in is a reason or that my mind stays free when sleeping, or the surrounding classmates that suggests explicit materials. But, I'm trying isn't that good?
