I've done first few days of SR, now is 5th day. What is the difference?
First thing is being more "alive" during the day, you just want to do new things, strat up conversations with random people, not being sleepy. I'm 36 right now and I don't wanna sleep during the day (usually) but 10 years ago I was sleepy and groggy almost every day.
Next one is morning wood. I was surprised that they occur so soon, normally it takes few weeks, according to other men's reports. Maybe it's a part of me being quite fit and rarely overusing alcohol.
Finally, I've get impressed by one girl I've met few weeks ago. I thought I am dead inside, but I feel charmed like at high school many years ago. I hope I not gonna fall in love lol.
How are you doing in the journey? 4 days passed and already 100 of 138 guys are gone. I'm surprised it goes so fast. I heard that if you don't jack off, you shine like a pearl to girls, cause 70% of men do it every day AND they also fantasize more on porn than normal, real girls. This is detrimental to their aura

Yes brother, that feeling of feeling really alive just gets better and better after more days pass. In my expierience after 70+ days I feel like a "gigachad" for lack of a better term because I dont wanna use superhuman haha. You hold Your frame like a man, You have better ideas, You are more strong in the gym, Your vocabulary starts expanding rapidly and You start to remember random things from Your childhood/past. Eye contact is easy as f*ck etc. I really could go on all day about the benefits, keep going my man. Most important I would say is the feeling of having your shi together and normal activities feeling blissfull, You are glowing on this journey. Cheers.
